SKYBAY HOSTEL, nestled in Mahalunge, Pune, has been
successfully developed by the esteemed organization, Shri
Swami Vivekanand Nagari Sahakari Pathpedhi Maryadit,
catering specifically to the needs of working professionals.
Under the diligent execution of Jayka through an EPC
contract, the project encompassing Design, Procurement,
Construction, Commissioning, and handover was seamlessly
accomplished within the stipulated 15-month timeframe.
Comprising an Underground Water Tank (UGWT), a Parking
Level, and 12 occupationally functional floors, this architectural
marvel stands tall. Our team collaborated with adept
Architects, Structural, and MEP consultants, overseeing the
deployment of a dedicated construction crew on-site.
The project surged forward with unwavering momentum,
progressing from the foundational stages to its successful
completion. Today, as a testament to our efforts, the SKYBAY
Hostel stands proudly as a testament to our commitment to
excellence and timely delivery.
